Dr. Cecil H.H. Mills is a celebrated wordsmith and oftentimes controversial figurehead in the literary world. After a mysterious five year hiatus from public appearances that WAS NOT for tax evasion purposes, in 2020 Dr. Cecil made his first foray into the Young Adult Mystery genre — a departure from his usual, more intellectual novels for adults. Which was fine. He has again returned in 2022.
